Our devices are enrolled through Apple Business Manager using Apple Configurator, and while creating the enrollment profile we unchecked the “Allow iTunes Pairing” option.
After deploying this profile, we noticed that our iPads and iPhones are no longer able to connect to our Macs. What’s confusing is that the UI mentions this option only affects iOS versions 13 and below.
All of our devices are running the latest iOS and iPadOS versions, so based on that description it shouldn’t be impacting them. Has anyone come across this before, or are we missing something about how this setting behaves?
