Hello everyone, I have few macOS devices enrolled in Hexnode, but it currently displays the default username. I’d like to update it to the real username. I can’t find any option to change the name.

You can change the default username assigned to the device to the desired username using the Change Owner action. You can find this action by navigating to Manage > Actions > Edit > Change Owner on your Hexnode UEM portal.

The Change Ownership action is specifically used to modify the device’s ownership type. Device ownership indicates whether a device is classified as personal or corporate.
