Hello @marien, thank you for reaching out to us. Please restart your device. Or you could try logging out and logging in once again to the device to re-initiate migration.

If yours is a DEP-enrolled device, before trying to restart or login again, go to the Hexnode portal, navigate to Admin > Apple Business > Apple DEP > DEP Devices, and click on Sync with DEP. This should lead to a successful migration to Hexnode UEM.

Try these out and do let us know how it goes.
