Auto-adding Entra ID enrolment account as work account for apps to use

Hi, We're using Entra ID for enrolment in to Android Enterprise. Is it possible for the account used in enrolment to be auto-added to device Accounts as a work account for apps like Outlook and Teams to use automatically? Ideally avoiding the user from having to enter their credentials per app.
