We’re trying to factory reset a batch of company Samsung Knox devices. Problem is, we have deployed restrictive policies earlier that block mobile data and Wi-Fi. Now the devices can’t connect to the internet, and we’re also locked out of resetting them because of the restriction. What’s the best way forward here?
Hey everyone, quick question. We had two devices that were already factory reset by the end users. Now they’re still showing up in the portal and we want to delete them. Since they’re wiped and offline, what’s the correct way to remove them?
Hi all, I factory reset a MacOS device that was previously enrolled in Hexnode and removed it from all management platforms. Now, when I try to re-enroll, I keep getting the error “Profile installation failed. The network connection was lost.” The network is fine, so I’m not sure what’s going wrong. The device was never in Apple Business Manager. Any suggestions?
Hi everyone, I’m looking for a way to push a preconfigured RDP file to our macOS devices using Hexnode. Has anyone done this successfully? We need to get these shortcuts onto the user desktops without manual setup.
Hi, I’d like to know how I can change the email address associated with my profile. Is there a way to update it directly?
How can a Pro plan user replace a technician in the system while ensuring compliance with mandatory two-factor authentication policies? How can I also change the two-factor authentication (2FA) method? Right now it’s set to email, but I’d prefer to use an authenticator app or text message instead.
I tried to delete inactive devices, but I could only disenroll them. Now they’re still listed as enrolled. Can someone clarify this process?
Hey everyone! We’re currently managing about 500 iPads and Windows laptops. Right now, the "Device Name" in our portal is just a string of serial numbers or "iPad." It’s a nightmare when trying to find a specific user’s device during a support call. I know Hexnode has a way to automate "Friendly Names," but I’m curious—what are the actual best-use cases for this beyond…
Hi, with the Hexnode Browser, is it possible to set Chrome flags like InsecureContentAllowedForUrls so I can enable / disable certain features?
