How to track missing iPhones when "Recent Location" is not showing data?

Hey everyone, I’m in a bit of a panic. Two of our company iPhones have gone missing since our team event yesterday. I’ve logged into the dashboard to try and track them, but the "Recent Location" widget is just blank. Does anyone know why the data wouldn't be showing up? I need to find these ASAP before the batteries die.

Hey everyone, I’m kind of new to device management and am seeing things like user-driven mode, self-deploying mode, ESP, and pre-provisioning being used around. But I’m not sure how to decide what to use where. Would appreciate it if someone could help me see things more clearly. Cheers.

Can we disable the Hexnode UEM and Remote Assist icons from appearing on users’ desktops after agent setup?

During the Hexnode Agent installation, it automatically places two icons on the users’ desktop, the Hexnode UEM icon and the Remote Assist icon. Is there a way to prevent those shortcuts from appearing? We’d like to disable the agent from creating desktop icons after installation.
