We’re currently on the Hexnode Pro plan. Just wanted to check — can we add Windows devices at all, even if it’s with limited features?

We had a similar concern while considering upgrades. If we move up from Pro, which plan actually makes sense for Windows devices? We don’t want to switch plans and still miss out on key features.

Hi,
Windows device management in Hexnode is supported starting from the Enterprise plan. The Pro plan does not support enrolling or managing Windows devices.
If you’re considering an upgrade, here’s how the plans differ for Windows management:

The Enterprise plan allows Windows device enrollment with basic management features.

The Ultimate plan adds more advanced Windows capabilities.

For access to the complete set of Windows management features, including advanced configurations and controls, the Ultra plan is required.
