Hey everyone,

I’m trying to configure a lock screen wallpaper for my devices, but I can’t seem to find the option anywhere in the policy settings.

I created a policy, went through the usual sections, but the Lock Screen / Wallpaper configuration just isn’t showing up. Am I missing something here?

Hey @luke, which policy type did you choose while creating it?

I selected Kiosk Policy since these devices are supposed to be locked down anyway. Does that affect it?

That explains it. The behavior you’re seeing is expected, because a Kiosk policy is designed to restrict the device to a controlled set of apps or a single app experience. Because of that, it doesn’t expose broader device customization options like wallpaper or lock screen configuration. Those settings fall outside the scope of what kiosk mode is intended to manage.

If you’re looking to configure wallpaper or lock screen settings, you’ll need to go for the Custom Policy method instead. Custom policies include a wider range of device configurations, including display-related options.
