Wear OS connection issue – Samsung Watch 7 keeps disconnecting from paired phone.Solved

Yeah, we’re facing the same issue! The watch disconnects every now and then, even when it’s right next to the phone. We tried disabling battery optimization and keeping the Galaxy Wearable app active, but it doesn’t make much difference.

That’s actually a limitation of the current setup. I don’t think Hexnode support Wear OS devices yet, there’s no UEM agent or policy control for the watch.

That’s a real blocker. We wanted to use these watches for our fitness research setup. Without a stable link, it’s just not practical. Even if the phone and watch reconnect automatically, the data gaps are a big problem.

Exactly. In healthcare, losing connection even for a few minutes could mean missing important patient data. We just need a way to keep that link persistent, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, whatever works.

Makes sense. So, no way to enforce that connection through Hexnode for now?
