Unable to wipe DEP enrolled IphoneSolved

Hello,

Recently, I’ve been unable to wipe iPhones (DEP enrolled). The Wipe action remains in the “pending” state.
This was working until recently, and I haven’t changed anything in the configuration that could cause this problem.

Do you have any idea about this problem ?

We’re glad to let you know that the issue with the Wipe action on DEP-enrolled iPhones has been resolved. The fix is being rolled out in batches, and your Hexnode portal should now reflect the update.
