Are you referring to the in the Find my app or the under settings > Apple id?
If you mean the one in the Find my app, there is an option under adv restrictions called Find my device in hexnode. You can disable it and push the policy to the device.
However, I don’t believe any option is there for the other one.

Is there any other way to configure or lock down the Find my app on ios?
We have a requirement to prevent users from modifying anything in Find my friends.

Yes, there’s another restriction you can use Modify find my friends at the same section. Disabling this should stop users from making changes in find my friends.
