Hey community, is it possible to configure alerts for when an app installation encounters an issue on managed devices? I’d like the alerts to be sent to admins via email. If anyone knows how to do this, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

@bram , I don’t think you can send alerts via email for app installation issues on devices. As far as I know, Hexnode doesn’t support this feature at the moment.
@skylar-a , I see. If that’s the case, is there any other way to notify admins about app installation issues?
Hey @bram , welcome to Hexnode Connect! As @skylar-a mentioned, Hexnode UEM currently doesn’t support email alerts for app installation failures. However, admins can still track app installation status through the Hexnode portal. You can check the Action History tab under the device details page of the respective device where the app was deployed. If an app installation fails, the action will show as “Failed” in the Action History tab, along with a relevant error message. I hope that helps!
