Hi everyone, I’m looking for a way to push a preconfigured RDP file to our macOS devices using Hexnode. Has anyone done this successfully? We need to get these shortcuts onto the user desktops without manual setup.

@jimena , I’m actually looking for the same solution. We have a specific configuration for our remote servers and doing it device-by-device isn’t feasible either.

Hello  @jimena , You can achieve this using the Deploy Files remote action in Hexnode UEM.

Navigate to Manage tab > click on the specific Device Name > select Actions > Others > Deploy Files. From there, you can specify the destination path under Location and upload your .rdp file to the Mac.

Yes @aitana , you can perform the same steps from the main Manage tab by selecting multiple devices and choosing Deploy Files remote action from the Actions dropdown to push the file in bulk.
