macOS enrollment profile issueSolved

Hi everyone,

We’re trying to enroll some macOS devices in our organization using ADE. We have created and assigned the appropriate enrollment profiles, but during setup, the devices fail to install the profile with the error: “Profile installation failed.” Has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Maybe there’s some issue with the network? If the device can’t reach the servers during setup, the profile installation could fail. Try connecting the device to a different network and retry the setup.

Hey, you can try running the following command on one of the devices:

Running this command gets the enrollment configuration from the MDM solution and starts the enrollment process.

Also, make sure that there are adequate number of MDM licenses, and the server token in your portal hasn’t expired. Additionally, check that there are no pending OS updates on any of the macOS devices you are trying to enroll.
