I’m currently doing some spring cleaning in our instance and noticed a handful of new “Technician” accounts that I don’t recognize. Does anyone know how to identify which technician originally created an account? Oh yeah, I am using the Enterprise plan, so let me know if there’s a way to do it in that specifically!

You can find this info by navigating to: Reports > Built-in Reports > Audit > Audit History.
Regarding your question about the Enterprise plan,However, the Audit Reports module (including the Audit History) is an advanced security feature that is available exclusively starting from the Ultimate plan and onward.
