Now, any incident whether it’s a security threat, compliance violation, device malfunction, or user-reported issue, can now be identified and resolved faster and more efficiently. By integrating ServiceNow with Hexnode UEM, ServiceNow admins get instant visibility into such incidents linked to users, while Hexnode technicians can take swift action based on the incidents raised by the users that impact the devices, directly from the ServiceNow console.
Why Hexnode + ServiceNow is a game-changer?
The integration enables a two-way connection:
- Hexnode → ServiceNow: ServiceNow technicians can view Hexnode user incidents and perform remote actions from ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow → Hexnode: Hexnode admins can view ServiceNow incidents directly in the Hexnode console for faster resolution.
Setting up the integration requires two steps in the Hexnode console: first, generate a Hexnode API key to connect with your ServiceNow instance, and then configure the integration in ServiceNow using that key.
