Hey everyone, I recently tried to enroll one of the Windows devices in my organization from the Access Work or School from the device settings, but it shows that “We couldn’t auto-discover a management endpoint” after entering the work email address. The authenticated enrollment request was even generated from my Hexnode portal. Still no luck, can anyone help me?

Hello @jennifer , Was this after you entered your company’s email address? Did it prompt you to enter the MDM server address?
Yes, after the email was entered, this error kept popping up. It did not prompt me to enter any other further information.
@jennifer , When the corporate or school email is entered in Access Work or School connection pop-up screen, the Windows device maps this email address to the MDM server associated with the email domain in the DNS. The CNAME record for enterprise enrollment is set to enterpriseenrollment.manage.microsoft.com, which is the Intune enrollment server, by default. To change the default enterprise enrollment server to Hexnode UEM, change the CNAME entry for EnterpriseEnrollment from domains in your DNS server to your Hexnode UEM server address:.hexnodemdm.com. If it is not possible to access your domain settings in your DNS server, enter ms-device-enrollment:?mode=MDM&username=emailid&servername=.hexnodemdm.com in a web browser in your Windows device to initiate enrollment to Hexnode UEM.

Elle Reed,
Hexnode UEM
Oh @elle_reed , this seems like a difficult process, maybe I will try the browser method?
@jennifer , Both methods essentially change the server for Enterprise Enrollment to that of Hexnode UEM, so it is fine to try either.
@elle_reed , it works perfectly now; my devices are all enrolled into Hexnode. Thanks a lot!
