Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please navigate to Windows–>Restrictions–>Allow Device Functionality. You will be able to find the following options:
Cortana voice assistant: Uncheck the option to disable the Cortana voice assistant on the device. The users will still be able to use ‘search’ and find the items on the device.
Use Cortana if device is locked: Uncheck the option to disable the users interacting with Cortana using speech when the device is locked. The users will have to unlock the device to enable the interaction using speech.
The options are enabled by default. You can enable/disable the options as per your requirements. Associate targets and save the policy.
