We’re currently using Hexnode UEM and would like to start fresh by erasing all previous entries in Action History and Script History from our portal. Is there any way to delete these logs?

Currently, Hexnode doesn’t support the deletion of Action History or Script History from the portal.
That said, if your goal is to visually start fresh, and you’re less concerned about backend data retention, there’s a workaround:
You can disenroll the device and re-enroll it as a new one. This will present the device as a new entry in the portal, without any visible traces of previous actions or scripts associated with the earlier enrollment.
While this isn’t the recommended or official method for clearing history, it can help meet your operational needs in cases where a clean view is preferred.
