DEP sync …Solved

Hi !

Since yesterday, DEP synchronization has stopped working. I have this error message:

The latest sync at 07:11:39 has failed since Your organization is yet to accept the latest terms and conditions of the Apple DEP program.

When I log in to Apple Business Manager, I don’t get a prompt to accept the new terms of service…

Do you have any idea on how to solve this problem?

Thank’s a lot,

JC.

Hello !

Thank you for your help.
Have you some news ? For the moment it doesn’t bother me, but if I have to add equipment, I’ll be in trouble.

Problem solved.

The DEP account certificate had expired. However, I seem to have recently renewed it.
I replaced it, and the synchronization works perfectly.
