Can I configure email account management on my Samsung Knox devices by the users from Hexnode portal? Is there any complication for configuring email accounts considering it’s a Knox device?

@laura123 , fret not. You can remotely configure and manage email accounts via policies from the Hexnode portal for all Knox devices running Android below 9.0 and Knox below 3.2.1. Under Policies > Android > Restrictions > Advanced Restrictions, you can control whether users can add/manage email accounts on the devices by enabling or disabling the option Modify Accounts under Allow Account Settings. On disabling the “Modify Accounts“ option, users will be restricted from adding/removing/switching accounts on their devices.
