We’re excited to announce the official release of the Incidents tab in Hexnode! This new, centralized hub gives your IT teams the power to efficiently track, review, and respond to incidents across devices, users, and services.

Get real-time visibility to spot risks early, maintain compliance, and keep productivity high.

Organized control with dedicated subtabs 

The Incidents tab is organized into three focused subtabs, each with its own dashboard and incident sources:

  • Critical: This tab prioritizes the most urgent incidents that demand immediate attention. You can easily customize the incident sources to highlight exactly what’s most critical to your organization.
  • Endpoints: Get deep insight into device-specific issues. Monitor key events like compliance violations, command failures, high resource usage alerts, and device disenrollments.
  • Users: Focus on user-related risks and activities. This includes capturing location anomalies, and instances of unusual user behaviours.

This clear structure ensures you have the right information at your fingertips for faster control and response across your entire environment.

The Incidents tab is available as an add-on feature and is not included in any existing subscription plans. To enable this feature, please contact support@hexnode.com.
