Why is this happening? It’s so frustrating.. the ‘Scan Device Location’ option is disabled and grayed out on my iOS devices!
Yeah, I’ve seen that before. It usually has something to do with how the device policies are set up.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.
To enable Scan Device Location, you must first apply a Location Tracking policy to this device. Once that policy is set up and linked, the option will no longer be greyed out and you’ll be able to use the feature as expected.
