Hey everyone, I’ve got a question. We needed some logs from a user’s macOS device for troubleshooting. I tried requesting them from the portal using the remote action and even sent the logs from the Hexnode uem app on the device.
Usually, for Android or iOS, I download them from the Logs subtab under the device summary page. But for macOS, that tab doesn’t even show up. I’ve tried multiple times and still nothing.
