now it’s only possible general users , a reading permission user will be useful.

Just to clarify, are you referring to providing users with access to the Hexnode portal in a read-only mode, where they can view settings and other configurations but not make any changes? If that’s not quite what you meant, could you kindly elaborate a bit more on your request? I’d be more than happy to assist you further.

yes, this is what i meant, we need to give access to see assets to be able to give answers but not to touch any change.
