How can I find the list of users that are enrolled to the MDM but not have any devices enrolled?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Hexnode offers a wide range of reports on devices, users, applications and much more. To find the list of Hexnode users to whom no devices have been assigned:
- Navigate to Reports-> User Reports-> Unenrolled users.
- The list of users without any enrolled devices will be displayed.
- You will be able to export this report as a PDF/CSV file by clicking on the Export button at the top.

Yes, Hexnode enables you to generate and export report on users with non-encrypted devices:
- Navigate to Reports-> User Reports-> Users with non-encrypted devices.
- The details of users with non-encrypted devices will be shown.
- Click on the Export button at the top to export these details as a CSV/PDF file.
