Local Restrictions:
In some cases, OS-level settings (like local parental controls) can override or interfere with applied configurations.
Sync Delays:
If a newer policy hasn’t fully synced, an older one might temporarily take effect.
For troubleshooting:
Check the Action History on the device for conflict-related logs
Use Clear All Policies and reapply the required policies to reset the state if needed
