We’ve enhanced our password management capabilities by introducing support for changing passwords in bulk on macOS and Windows devices.
Previously, passwords could only be updated for individual users. With this update, you can now apply password changes to multiple accounts at once across devices, improving efficiency in managing local and shared accounts.
This isn’t a new action but an added capability to the already existing Manage User Account action.
The feature is available on both macOS and Windows, with the following targeting options:
- macOS
You can target user accounts based on:
- Account name
- Role
- Aliases
- User ID
- Windows
You can target user accounts based on:
- Account name
- Role
This update simplifies mass password management, especially in large-scale deployments.
