Hey everyone, I’m building an app that needs to pair a Hexnode-enrolled device with a specific user. I wanted to check if there is a way to retrieve the device IDs of the enrolled devices from the Hexnode portal so we can use it for device–user pairing in our app?

Hey @arthur , yes, you can definitely retrieve Device IDs from Hexnode. You have two main options to do this:

From the Reports tab in the Hexnode portal:

Go to the Reports > Built-in Reports section.

Here, you can view and export device details, including the Device ID along with the associated user.

Using Hexnode APIs:
You can fetch device details, including the Device ID, using Hexnode’s REST APIs.
This is useful if you want to automate the device–user pairing in your app.
