Hi, I have a device I’ve had to erase, and it seems to be having some trouble getting back into hexnode. It seems to do an initial checking but doesn’t install the app or apply policies.

Hey Maya! There is a probability that you are trying to install apps to the duplicate instance of the device, to solve this, the device must be removed and the duplicate instance should be set to “mark as disenrolled“, once this is done, re-enroll the device.
