Hey, I just upgraded my subscription from ultimate to ultra, but when I try adding devices, it says the plan does not support more devices. And when I do try and change the plan to ultra, it keeps navigating to the Subscriptions page over and over again. What seems to be happening here?

@gnishilda , the Hexnode UEM Portal sometimes requires logging out and logging back in to recognize the change in Subscription. Please do the same so that the plan changes according to your subscription.

@gnishilda , The browser cache for the Hexnode Portal website might still be hindering with the Portal switching to the features of the new plan. Please try logging in from an incognito window in your browser.
