What ports do I need to keep open for remotely viewing the iOS and Android devices once they are added to Hexnode?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
In order to enable remote view for iOS and Android devices, the following ports need to be kept open:
Port 80 – The default application port used during the installation of Hexnode.
Port 443 – Used for a secured and encrypted connection between mobile devices and Hexnode.
Port 3478 – TCP and UDP.
Port 5349 – TCP.
