Installation of Adobe Acrobat DCSolved

Hi guys,
I manage multiple Windows devices and recently tried installing Adobe Acrobat via the Hexnode App Store, which worked successfully. However, when I attempted to deploy Adobe Acrobat DC, the installation failed repeatedly.

This made me wonder, does Hexnode support deploying specific Adobe versions like Acrobat 2024, Acrobat 2020, or Acrobat Reader 2020, beyond just Acrobat and Acrobat DC? Any clarification would be helpful.

Hey, from my experience, slow or failed installations can sometimes depend on internet connectivity or whether the app is fully supported in the deployment method you are using. I’d suggest checking the network stability and confirming that the installer isn’t getting blocked or timing out during installation.

Hi everyone.

Yes, deployment of Adobe applications through Hexnode is possible as long as one of the following is available:

  • A supported installer file (EXE or MSI) that can be uploaded and deployed
  • Availability of the app through the Microsoft Store

Hexnode doesn’t restrict deployments based on Adobe version itself. If you have the appropriate installer package for versions like Acrobat 2024, Acrobat 2020, or Acrobat Reader 2020, you should be able to deploy them successfully.

If Acrobat DC is failing, please verify the installer type, deployment settings, and network conditions. Feel free to reach out with logs or error messages for further troubleshooting.
