You can update the billing email directly from the Hexnode portal. Please follow these steps:
This will ensure all billing-related communications are sent to the updated email address.

Thanks for this! I tried following the steps, but I don’t even see “License” in my Admin tab. Is my console broken or something?
Your console’s fine, @haanaa !
That usually means your account doesn’t have permission to manage licenses. Only Admins or users with license access can see Admin → License → Subscription. You’ll need to ask your admin to either make the change for you or update your role.

Jumping in here—can we add more than one billing email? We want both finance and IT to get the invoices.
Yes, you can add multiple emails under Billing emails. However, only one can be set as Primary. The primary email will receive official invoices and billing notifications, while secondary emails can be used for reference.

No worries @sebastin! It won’t touch your existing invoices or your active subscription. It only decides where future billing emails are sent.
