Since the AnyDesk app isn’t appearing in the app search, you could try adding a custom rule within the same Blocklist/Allowlist policy. This method may help block the app. 
Here’s how you can try it: 
- Navigate to Windows Blocklist/Allowlist policy.
 
- Click Add Rules and configure the details as follows:
- Action: Block 
 
- Rule name: e.g., Block AnyDesk 
 
- App type: Executables (.exe) 
 
- Rule condition: Publisher 
 
- Publisher name: AnyDesk Software GmbH 
 
- App name: AnyDesk 
 
 
- Click Done, choose the target devices, and Save the policy. 
 
This approach may help block the AnyDesk app on your managed devices. If it doesn’t, please share your findings so we can look into alternative options.
