How can a Pro plan user replace a technician in the system while ensuring compliance with mandatory two-factor authentication policies? How can I also change the two-factor authentication (2FA) method? Right now it’s set to email, but I’d prefer to use an authenticator app or text message instead.
How do I replace a technician on the Pro plan while meeting 2FA requirements?Solved

Bro, I think you just go in and swap the names, right? Like, delete older name and then add the new guy. Easy peasy!
Not exactly. The process requires navigating to Admin > Technicians and Roles. From there, you must delete the existing technician before adding a replacement. It’s not simply a name swap.
On the Pro plan, you can add up to two technicians. To add more, you must purchase additional licenses. If you want to replace an old name, go to Admin > Technicians and Roles, delete the old technician, and then add the new one.
By default, email verification is the required method and cannot be skipped. To add authenticator verification method, simply select the Add Authenticator App option. This ensures the technician is added successfully and that authentication is handled through the app, keeping the account secure and compliant.

So basically, no shortcuts, huh? I gotta do the whole 2FA dance. Security’s like a strict bouncer at the club!
