Hey guys, I have a new member of my team joining the organization soon. Is there a way to provide access to Hexnode UEM for him?

Hey @sarahmiller , any ‘administrator’ can be added as a Technician to the Hexnode UEM portal of your organization. Technicians can be added by navigating to the Admin tab > Technicians and Roles. On selecting the Add Technician button under the Technicians tab, account information such as name and work email address needs to be provided, along with configuring security settings such as CAPTCHA, single sign-on etc. On clicking Next, you will be required to assign a role such as Admin, Reports Manager or any other custom roles to the user before saving to complete adding the technician. The new user will get an email invite for their first sign in.

@sarahmiller , The Add Role button can be found under the Roles tab under Technicians and Roles. You are required to provide a role name and description and configure the permissions that the role can provide when assigned to a technician before saving.
