Hiding Caller ID in Android devices in kiosk modeSolved

Hey Community, I am looking to hide the caller ID of calls that are outgoing from Android devices that are in kiosk mode. The engineers in our organization make calls with the customers using these devices and the phone numbers associated with them. If anyone can chip in on how to hide the caller ID across a fleet of devices, it’d be great.

@raelynn , I don’t think there is a sure shot way or configuration that you can apply across a fleet of devices using an MDM that’ll hide the caller ID of the outgoing calls from your devices. However, you can implement the action from the device-end for each device. On each device, open the phone app and go to Settings > Supplementary services > Show your caller ID. Here, you can set the option as Never which will hide the caller ID for all outgoing calls from the device.

@raelynn , if you are based in the United Kingdom, you can dial 141 before the phone number to be called. This will automatically hide the caller ID when making a call in the UK.
