while providing permissions to Hexnode app after its installation, I clicked on ‘Ignore’ option when asked for root access. How can I now grant this permission?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
By clicking on IGNORE, you have denied the root access to Hexnode MDM.
To grant the access:
- Open the Hexnode app and go to the Menu bar at the top-left corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner for a drop-down menu. Select Update Root Access.
- A pop-up asking for confirmation will appear. Click OK.
The root access has now been granted to the Hexnode MDM.
