Enrollment error "Did not receive an enrollment profile from the MDM Server"Solved

Hello everyone! I’m trying to enroll aiPhone 17 to Hexnode console, but it keepshow that “Did not receive an enrollment profile from the MDM Server”.  

Has anyone run into this before?

That’s what I’m seeing. It’s like Hexnode recognizes the device, but there’s no profile on the phone. 
I’m not sure if it’s something with the iPhone or with the enrollment process.

Yeah, exactly that’s what happening here. The profile isn’t there, the confusion is it worked on iPhone 16 and below.

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting. To ensure that the enrollment process was successful:

  • Verify that the device shows up under the Manage tab in your Hexnode UEM console.
  • Check whether the Hexnode UEM app is installed on the iPhone.
  • On the iPhone, open the Settings app, scroll down and tap General, then select VPN & Device Management. Check if the enrollment profile has been installed correctly.
    If any of these are missing, the device will need to be re-enrolled.

Thanks for the quick responseI just checked, the device isn’t showing under Manage tab. The Hexnode agent is also missing in the device.

I re-enrolled the device; it seems to be working now – the Hexnode agent is installed. Thanks for the guidance.
