That’s what I’m seeing. It’s like Hexnode recognizes the device, but there’s no profile on the phone.
I’m not sure if it’s something with the iPhone or with the enrollment process.
Yeah, exactly that’s what happening here. The profile isn’t there, the confusion is it worked on iPhone 16 and below.

Thanks for the quick response! I just checked, the device isn’t showing under Manage tab. The Hexnode agent is also missing in the device.
I re-enrolled the device; it seems to be working now – the Hexnode agent is installed. Thanks for the guidance.
I’ll re‑enroll the device and see if that, resolves the issue.
