So, during enrollment where you configuring permissions How do you disable battery optimization for hexnode? The ability to change it for hexnode is greyed out.

The capability to disable battery optimization varies by device manufacturer and cannot be altered from Hexnode’s side. However, if you provide the device model and OS version, we can verify from our end as well.

@edenpierce Thanks for your response. These are samsung galaxy tablets.
SM-P613 and SM-X710. The OS version are all different each so would be 13, 14, and 15.
