Hi everyone, I can’t scan the QR code to enroll my new Realme 13 Pro 5G phones into Hexnode using Android Enterprise Device Owner mode. These devices were bought in China and don’t have Google Play services. How do I get past this?

Hey @clauss ,
Since the device doesn’t support Google Play services, you can use Android Debug Bridge (ADB) as an alternate enrollment method. With ADB, you can provision the device as a Device Owner and complete the enrollment successfully.
