Hey all, we’re using Hexnode to manage our Apple TVs, and one of our requirements is to clear app data for specific apps from time to time. Is there a way to do this directly through Hexnode, perhaps via a custom configuration profile or any other supported method?

I’m not entirely sure, but you might want to try using the Uninstall Application action in Hexnode. I believe that could help with clearing app data.

No, for Android devices, there is an action called “Clear App Data” in Hexnode. You can use that to wipe the app’s data without uninstalling it.

Just a heads up, the Clear App Data action on Android devices works specifically on Samsung Knox devices and Android Enterprise devices running Android 9.0 and above.
