Quick check, is the Hexnode UEM dashboard customizable?

From what I’ve seen, the dashboard isn’t currently customizable in terms of rearranging widgets or creating role-specific views.
The dashboard layout stays the same for technicians, even if their roles differ from access levels to affect what they can do, but the dashboard view itself remains consistent.

Thank you for reaching out. To clarify the current behavior, the Hexnode UEM dashboard layout is not customizable at this time.
However, if Dashboard access is disabled, or if the role scope is limited to specific modules, the technician will only be able to access what is permitted for that role.
That said, the idea of dashboard customization is a valid one, especially for teams that want role-specific visibility. I’ll share this input with the team.
If you have suggestions on what kind of widgets or views would be most useful, feel free to post them in Hexnode Connect as an ideation.

Thanks for clarifying that, John. I originally thought the dashboard might change depending on role scope, but this makes it much clearer now.
So, the dashboard view stays the same, and the main control is whether the Dashboard module is enabled for that role or not.
