Okay got it, but what if there is a issue with one of the device which is being somewhere else. How can I resolve it from my place, I mean remote troubleshooting?

While Hexnode UEM enables administrators to fully view and take control of kiosk screens across Android, ChromeOS, Linux, and Windows devices, its capabilities for iOS are limited to screensharing only.
