Hey @abel-j ,
License removal and device disenrollment aren’t the same. Here’s the difference:
Each enrolled device consumes a license. If a license is removed, the total number of devices that can be managed through Hexnode UEM will be reduced. When all your purchased licenses are in use, you must either disenroll one device to free up a license or increase the license count to enroll a new device.
Disenrollment applies only to specific devices. It removes the device from Hexnode management and frees up a license.
