Anyway to recover system PIN of a disenrolled Mac?Solved

Yeah, I might be asking for the impossible here. So here’s the situation. We have three Macs that were previously managed by Hexnode, and they’re all locked. The issue is… we don’t know the system Pin. 

In the portal, the devices show up under “Disenrolled”, but the PIN is nowhere to be found. And before you tell me this sounds impossible, here’s the real kicker: they were disenrolled two years ago. 

I know it’s a long shot, but if there’s even the tiniest chance of recovering that pin, please let me know.

I get why you’re reaching out, and I really wish I could say this is possible. The challenge is the timeframe. Since the devices were disenrolled two years ago, retrieving the PIN becomes extremely unlikely.

But because this involves critical data, I don’t want to just shut the door on you. The best option is to check directly with our support team. They can verify things on their end and confirm whether anything at all can be recovered.
