While configuring G Suite, l logged in to the Google Admin console and found that the Google Mobile Management is listed under Manage EMM provider. Will any of my action have caused this change?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
The possible cause of this is that you might have clicked on the option ‘Use Google Mobile Management as your EMM provider’ previously.

Hey, Thanks for the reply.
You will be able to remove the Google Mobile Management:
- Login to Google Admin Console
- Navigate to Device Management-> Setup-> Android App Management.
- Click on the remove, to disable Google Mobile Management as an EMM provider.
- Enable the option ‘I understand and accept these changes’ and click on DISABLE to remove the Google Mobile Management.
