What does this mean: User hasn’t activated the password token in the Hexnode for Work app. Activate password token to clear the device password. I had pushed clear passcode action from portal to Samsung device.

For the password clearance action to work, the user will have to activate the password token in the Hexnode for Work app once. You are receiving the above message appears as this token is not activated in the app.
