Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The Samsung Knox, rooted Android, Android device with Hexnode MDM as a system app, or an Android device with version 7.0 and above, enrolled in Android in the Enterprise program as Device Owner can be remotely restarted.
Please follow the below steps for the same:

1. Navigate to the Manage tab and select the desired device.
2. Click on the Actions drop-down and choose the ‘Restart device’ option.
